Data Handling from collection to production and to trial.

Our team understands the importance document processing can be to the success of a matter.  With so much of the eDiscovery process stemming from the review and production of processed data, our project managers pay attention to the details to ensure reliability and defensibility.

We work with multiple platforms and can handle over 450 different file types.  Our processing workflows identifies and extracts record metadata and extractable text.  We identify documents without extractable text and prepare "OCR" text.  During processing, culling of records can be accomplished with data filters, file type inclusion/exclusion, deduplication, and de-nisting.

With the escalating volume of data facing litigation teams, Early Case Assessment can help you gain better insight into the size and scope of the responsive data in your case. Filtering, indexing, and searching before incurring the expense of processing your data is the most efficient way to create a plan for the discovery portion of your case.

Your data is mounted and inventoried. This pre-processing of the data for searching and filtering is up to six times faster when compared to full ingestion and indexing of data in preparation of culling. The best part is that the time savings does not mean an inferior index of text and metadata. With Early Case Assessment we are able to drill into archive items, mail
stores, and embedded documents. The filterable data is as complete as possible and it’s available faster than you would expect.

The true purpose of Early Case Assessment is to filter out irrelevant data. We are able to De-Nist your data and apply custom hash filtering to remove operating system files, program files, other non-user created data and check for duplications. Keyword searching is key, but we can also filter on domain, file type, metadata and/or date. Filtering helps you find values quickly and ensure that only The most relevant documents are chosen for the final dataset. As a result, you can increase productivity and further reduce litigation costs.

Reporting is key to keeping the team informed and vital to getting the right decisions made quickly. Our custom workflow gives us the options to provide a plethora of reports on varied types and ranges of data. We can provide file-type reports, filter results, keyword search reports, exclusion reports, exception reports, document timeline reports, and many more.

The importance of document review cannot be overstated, truly understanding the data set you are working with will most likely be a major factor in the outcome of the matter.  As data sets grow, it is becoming even more important to be able to quickly understand your data set.  We offer multiple document review platforms.  Each of our platforms is full-featured and allows complex searching, tagging, analytic analysis, batching, active computer learning, and more.  Our experienced project managers will help evaluate your need and build custom workflows for your particular matter.  eDiscovery doesn't need to be complicated, with proven methodologies and industry-proven best practices, we can help simplify the organization and management of any data set.
